Thread Rolling and High Strength Fasteners
Energy is constant in today’s world and B & G manufacturing accommodates every essential to run these nuclear power headquarters. We are a nuclear certificate holder to insure accuracy and evaluate all ASME boilers and pressure vessels. B & G can provide the ASME section III fasteners for all power plants. We have perfected our precision over decades and only use the best materials from the approved vendors list. We use our approved vendors to ensure that all materials are inspected properly when producing our 10cfr 21 fasteners. B & G Manufacturing can use their machinery to generate a spindle bolt. A spindle bolt has a common usage in transit cranks and can come in various sizes.
The B & G Manufacturing standard of quality for the production of high strength fasteners is made of extreme steel. Our high strength fasteners can endure large amounts of pressure. Our high temperature fasteners are made of carbon steel to endure extreme heat. It is our goal to only use high grade quality products when it comes to the manufacturing of high temperature fasteners and high strength fasteners for nuclear energy plants.
Safety and durability are always our company’s number one concern. Our heat treating fasteners are also made with carbon steel materials and can withstand changes in strength to softness. B & G Manufacturing offers the engineering of shot peening for plastic deformation. Shot peening that is usually used in aircraft repairs, to release tension of stress from grinding, is a necessary and extremely useful method. We also specialize in thread rolling which is a forging process that is mostly used for precision. Our machinery has been engineered to create smooth, strong and systematical threads.
